It pleases me to finally announce Unbound II!
Just like Unfettered II was dedicated to my mother, Unbound II is my father's commemoration anthology. That is my dad on the cover; my short story contribution is about him. It is an important book to me personally. I'm excited to finally reveal it to you.
Some details about the anthology. The wrap around cover and interior art is by artist Todd Lockwood and Don Maitz respectively, both of whom also worked on Unfettered II. There are seventeen stories in Unbound II. Authors Tamora Pierce, Kristen Britain, and Anna Smith Spark contributed stories that will lead to new series from them. Mark Lawrence wrote a Jorg tale; Kevin Hearne wrote a story about Gladys. The anthology as a whole is amazing. I hope you'll give it a read.
There will be two editions up for pre-order this Friday, September 2nd at 11AM PT. There will be a white hardcover ARC limited to 200 copies and the regular hardcover. For those of you wondering about the S&N Limited Edition, we won't know the date for that edition's pre-order until we are further along in the signature page process.
The regular Unbound II hardcover publishes on December 6th. But if you pre-order either the ARC or the regular hardcover or both from the Grim Oak website, the two editions will ship once we receive them in the warehouse about a month before that. And I will sign any of those pre-orders that come in.
