First, thank you for all of the birthday wishes. Being a 2-time cancer survivor and always feeling like I'm living on borrowed time, the well wishes are not lost on me. So thank you!
On to the fun stuff now. Grim Oak Press will be taking part in this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend. Becky has been hard at work preparing the warehouse and its books for this very special event. Why is it special? It's that wonderful time of the year where you might find a book that has been sold out, one that makes a great gift, one that might complete a series, or one that might make the perfect reading copy for your nightstand.Â
To prepare you, here is a video of the BFCM shelves with the books we will have on sale. I'm hoping you can view the video and see what books you want to go after first:

The books in our BFCM sale did not meet our high standards but are still in fantastic condition. Sometimes a person can't find the issue we had. And as you can see from the photo above, there are a lot of titles for you to choose from this year.
I have decided to put one Like New book on sale this year, as we only have 200 copies left of the 2000 print run and its sequel will publish in 2024—my debut urban fantasy novel, The Dark Thorn. It is a trade hardcover and sells for $30 but will be on sale for $20. These will be signed by yours truly.
Black Friday begins November 24th at 9AM PT and runs through Cyber Monday. When the sale goes live, the BFCM banner on the front page of the website will link to the BFCM Collection for ease of use.
