Yesterday, Tad Williams, Donato, and I held the first Grim Oak Podcast where we revealed the beautiful cover for our forthcoming new special edition, The Dragonbone Chair, Book One in Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn.
We also announced the two pre-order dates, that these books will be triple-signed by Tad, Donato, and Brandon Sanderson minion and excellent cartographer Isaac Stewart, and took questions from the viewers. We showed off two of the seven pieces of interior art, and it was great fun reading people's reactions in the chat. Here is that video:

The lettered edition will be $500. The limited edition will be $175. Those of you who have pre-ordered Tailchaser's Song double-signed by Tad William and Stephanie Law will have the early right to buy the matching letter/number on The Dragonbone Chair. You will receive an email on Wednesday, March 23rd about how to do so. Then on Friday, March 25th at 11AM PT, the remaining copies of The Dragonbone Chair will be posted for the public.
Here is the other good news. With our new model for book production and pre-ordering, The Dragonbone Chair is completed. Files will be going to the printer this week. I would imagine we will receive finished copies in June or July if there are no production delays.
In other news, Donato has already started reading Stone of Farewell, in preparation of delivering artwork this fall. And before someone asks, yes, we plan on splitting To Green Angel Tower into two volumes. You can hear why in the podcast video above.
