Two fun announcements to make! Yay!
The first is one I can barely believe. June 21st marks the tenth anniversary of Unfettered publishing. While I wrote The Dark Thorn before being diagnosed with cancer in 2011, Unfettered is really the book that launched Grim Oak Press. Look at us now. Crazy, right? And since the hardcover has been out of print for a few years—with numerous requests to produce another one—I thought it'd be magical to bring the award-winning anthology back for its tenth anniversary not only in hardcover but a widely-distributed trade paperback. Files are already with the printer. When the books ship to us, I'll be sure to update you.
What's different about the book? Not a whole lot, really. The tenth anniversary books will have Todd Lockwood's original cover art from the First Edition (the purple art cover), while the content of the book will be the Second Edition's interior (the green art cover). I did write a new foreword for the book since that seemed appropriate given the anniversary aspect.
Both of these editions of Unfettered go on sale tomorrow, May 31st, at 11AM PT. And before someone asks, yes, I will sign these books if they are ordered through Grim Oak Press.
The second bit of news is about our newest anthology, Unbound II. It published in hardcover and ebook late last year, but I've received so many emails from people wanting an audiobook. Well, that's happening... errr... happened? Because Audible wrote me yesterday letting me know that it went live and is available now for downloading! Click HERE to see it.
