Returns

All books are returnable for refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are received in resalable condition.

Refund Amount

Grim Oak Press reserves the right to offer a refund minus the transaction fees incurred by the order if the order is cancelled prior to the product shipping.

Damaged Products & Missed Deliveries

In case of a damaged shipment, missed delivery, or a shipment that is missing item(s), contact us ASAP. We will do our utmost to rectify the situation. Please email contact@grimoakpress.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
